This route covers a part of the North Eastern Riverine Loop including Serangoon PCN, Sungei-Serangoon PCN, Punggol Promenade Riverside Walk and part of Punggol Waterway.
There are options to extend the walk by detouring to Punggol Park or Lorong Halus Wetland. There are 6 pedestarian bridges along Punggol Waterway (within this route) that allows crossing over to the other side of the waterway. Toilets and coffeeshops are available along the way too.

Getting there
- By MRT: alight at Kovan MRT Station (NE13) and exit by Exit C to Heartland Mall, then head to Upper Serangoon Road.
- By car: park at HDB carpark next to Heartland Mall.
Returning
- Take MRT at Punggol MRT Station (NE17) North East Line towards Harbourfront (9 stops).
